Returning Physical Products
Real Time offers a guarantee for Real Time Office product software. This return policy does not apply if you have been issued a free product code from attending any class, downloaded a file or already installed any product. This policy is separate from any tablet or accessory orders* however we will help exchange with any defective hardware devices within the time frames listed per device warranty. This policy applies to all regular priced items, and is not applied to any class deposits, or financed sales contract offers. Items can be pro rated as needed. All Free Real Time Office licenses must be activated during 60 days from original attending date of initial boot camp course purchase, for license request to be valid. License is non transferable to another individual. For additional information regarding the Real Time Guarantee policy please ask a representative for details.
Software Installation Appointment Cancellation Policy
We all have those days when making your appointment just isn’t going to happen. On those days, it’s important to remember our cancellation policy. If you cancel your Free Basic Software Installation Appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled install date, & time, you will not be charged.
Upon a second cancellation with or without notice the Free Basic Software Installation Appointment will result in an additional $35.00 service fee payable upon rescheduling. www.realtimesoftware.us/service-cancellation-fee
If you know you cannot attend we encourage you to cancel your scheduled time by responding to the original email received for the appointment. Be sure to cancel and give notice to avoid the fee.
Returning Physical Products
Retail purchases must return the product to where it was purchased and comply with the dealer or stores policies. Direct Purchases must go to Real Time Software’s Returns Department, be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment or retail purchase date in order to be eligible for a refund. All physical components of the product must be included with the return in resellable condition. This includes the product code card and packing slip or copy of the receipt.
Real Time Software recommends that the return be shipped via a traceable method. If returning the products by U.S. Postal Service, please use either registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail. Real Time Software is not responsible for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping fees for the initial order and the product return will not be reimbursed.

There is a 60-day exchange only for defective tablets or accessory purchases that have not been damaged by the user. They must be mailed to the Returns Department for refund or exchange.
